LifeReach: Extending the Love of Agape Beyond the Walls LifeReach is the outreach arm of Agape, dedicated to ministering to the whole person—body, mind, and spirit. Our mission is simple: to reach lives with the tangible love of Jesus. Our first major initiative, Seeds of Hope, was created to restore hope to our community—one seed at a time. Whether it’s providing a gently used outfit, a new pair of shoes, a bag of groceries, or an entire Thanksgiving meal, Seeds of Hope exists to plant reminders of God’s faithfulness in the hearts of families across Nacogdoches County and beyond. Every act of kindness is a seed—and together, we’re cultivating a harvest of hope that transforms lives.

Community Engagement

Shoe Drive with NISD In 2025 SOH was able to give out 20 pairs of brand new shoes to students of NISD from kindergarten to 12th grade.

Monthly Distribution Each month from 8am - 11am, we distribute goods to the community. Items include but are not limited to perishable and non-perishable food items, hygiene products, sanitary napkins, dish & laundry soap. Items are distributed based on household size. No documentation required.
